ucm SNR errir

error " you are not a valid mobile phone user" when using mobility key to xfer to cell phone. User has mobility enabled checked, and mobile phone is checked under remote destination config. Any thoughts? thx

Hello,

On the phone configuration page, populate the owner user id field with the user that is associated with that phone. I had the same exact issue, and that remedied the problem. Also be sure that the DN is associated with the end user as well. This can be found on the DN configuration page at the very bottom.
