UCM upgrade to 7 from 6.1.3

Does anyone know if Cisco plans to provide an upgrade to UCM 7 comming from 6.1.3?

and if so, an estimate date?

I heard in about 1-2 months. Being that Cisco EOL 5.x and 6.x CUCM software, 7.1 should be out shortly. (if not sooner)

So yes, there will be a path for 6.13 and you will go to 7.1 when 7.1 is released.

Only upgrade to 7.1 will be supported.

just to add something, last i heard is that the 7.1 release should be released in June, they never mentioned it as definitive, but it can give you a timeframe if someone asks =)
