UCSS-UCM-2-100 ? What does the 100 User licence mean?

Hi,

Guys, I just want to know what cisco means by 100 users in this UCSS part number...Does it refer to the actually number of users in your cluster?

UCSS:

Priced per seat, mailbox or agent based
