Hi all,
I have a user who is having issues with Unity Connection and Exchange server.
He is not able to get voice mail i his outlook.
When I test the connection from Unity to exchange for this user I get the following :
"HTTP status=[200] Diagnostic=[Failed extract folder ID '' from response] Verb=[POST] url=[https://10.2.4.60/EWS/Exchange.ASMX] request=[<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:t="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/types"> <soap:Header> <t:RequestServerVersion Version="Exchange2007_SP1"/> <t:ExchangeImpersonation> <t:ConnectingSID> <t:PrimarySmtpAddress>TC@abc.com</t:PrimarySmtpAddress> </t:ConnectingSID> </t:ExchangeImpersonation> </soap:Header> <soap:Body> <GetFolder xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/messages" xmlns:t="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/types"> <FolderShape> <t:BaseShape>Default</t:BaseShape> </FolderShape> <FolderIds> <t:DistinguishedFolderId Id="deleteditems"> <t:Mailbox> <t:EmailAddress>TC@abc.com</t:EmailAddress> </t:Mailbox> </t:DistinguishedFolderId> </FolderIds> </GetFolder> </soap:Body> </soap:Envelope> ] response=[<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"><soap:Header><t:ServerVersionInfo MajorVersion="8" MinorVersion="3" MajorBuildNumber="348" MinorBuildNumber="2" Version="Exchange2007_SP1" xmlns:t="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/types" /></soap:Header><soap:Body><m:GetFolderResponse xmlns:t="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/types" xmlns:m="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/messages"><m:ResponseMessages><m:GetFolderResponseMessage ResponseClass="Error"><m:MessageText>Connection did not succeed. Try again later.</m:MessageText><m:ResponseCode>ErrorConnectionFailed</m:ResponseCode><m:DescriptiveLinkKey>0</m:DescriptiveLinkKey><m:Folders /></m:GetFolderResponseMessage>"
I've already tried deleting his account in UCxn
Any idea what could cause the above ?

Hello Shari,
As per the description the issue is for a single user therefore differences from the working users should be pointed out, some questions to assist in this process:
1.Does the account have a shared mailbox?
2.Is the account part of a GPO?
3.Does the account have any delegated access?
4.Is the account located in a different mailstore?
5.Is the user able to connect to Outlook via OWA while having the Outlook client closed?
6. Was the users mailbox migrated recently from a different UM service in CUC or from a different Exchange?
Regards,

We installed "EWS editor" and the EWS login fails for the non-working user & was successful for the working.
That proved the problem was on the exchange side for that user.
