Unable to access ccmuser page

Hi,

I am facing the following error message after have entered user and password in the https://ccm/ccuser page:

Error While Loading Page

Automation server can't create object (-2146827859)

Click here to return to the previous page

This problem has started after installing es143 in CCM 4.1(3)

Did anyone face it before?

You will need to make sure the user is associated to Standard CCM End Users group.

Have you checked the Event viewer for application error's?

1) Open a command window on the Cisco CallManager.

2) Go to the c:\Program Files\Cisco\bin directory.

3) Run regsvr32 dblx.dll.

What exactly does this command do?

Should I run it in a maintenance window or I can run it in business hours?

A last question: I've got pub and sub. Which one am I supposed to run this command first?

If you could answer it to me, it would help me a lot.

If you do not feel comfortable doing this change I would suggest opening a Tac case to have a engineer examine the issue.

Ok Justin,

That link helped me to understand what might be causing that error. I will get more info about the command you seuggested me to run and problably execute it in a maintenance window.
