Unable to add or delete phones on CUCM 5.1

Hello all,

When i am trying to add or delete an IP phone, I am getting this error:

"Add failed.User defined routine (licenserequest) execution failed"

Please note that they are still remaining units for the phones and I am not out of licenses. I would appreciate your help!!

Try restarting the licensing service and then try again

Hi,

I tried to restart the licensing service but didnt work, so i restarted the cluster to make sure that all services will be restarted and didnt solve my problem yet !! Any ideas?
