Unable to Add Unity user with CCM 612 Business Edition
I am running CCM 612 Business Edition. I have added multiple VM users through the import users section on Unity Connection.
I have tried to add another user just ther and it fails.I get the following message
"No Unity Application Server was found in Unified Communications Manager system. Unable to import users."
It finds the user in CCM, but is unable to import it. I have a number of licenses free still and when I test the integration, it reports no errors. All VM ports are registered with the CCM. Has anyone seen this error before?
