What kind of gateway are you using to connect to the PSTN and what kind of interface to the PSTN?

The model is a Cisco 2851.

The interface used is a “controller E1” linked on T2 line (implemented with 15 channels) provide by Orange French supplier.

Hi,

Please specify if this happen internally or also with external calls,

Also to show the scenario more clear:

If the phone ring, and you pick up the headset, the call isn't answered , then you press answer sofkey to answer the call, or the call fail at all

Best Regards

When the phone ring, after pick up the handset, in the same time the phone always ring and the “first program group button” light in orange colour and he can press on every buttons the call fail.

He did not answer, but I think it only happens when the PBX phone is forwarded

to his IP phone. If that is true, it would

be an external call forwarded to an internal IP phone.
