Unable to conference or transfer a call using Radianta and CAD

We are currently setting up remote agents with pinned up connection using Radianta.  The issue arises when using Cisco Agent Desktop(CAD) we are able to transfer a call however we cannot disengage from the call.   The Radianta pinned up connection has to be re-established.  The same with a conference call.   

We are using Cisco CM 8.5 and UCCX 8.5

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated

Wrong forum, try "IP Telephony". You can move the post using the contol panel on the right.
