Hi
Download filezilla or another SFTP client, and verify you can connect to the SFTP server from your PC.
If you can't, you'll need to look at the logs on the SFTP server to see what the problem is.

Seems to be a connectivity issue with SFTP server. Check the credentials and sftp service is running .
which sftp u are using?

Can u try using freeftpd sftp and check if problem is related to sftp or network path?
