CM 5.1 CRS 4.5(2). I am currently unable to add a new JTAPI Call Control Group. The screen refreshing like it is trying to complete but eventually I receive a page cannot be displayed. After I log into CRS, there are no new JTAPI call control groups added. Has anyone else experienced this? I am trying to configure TAPS.
