Unable to dial into a trigger from ATA analog phone
A remote site is using a 2 port ATA for two analog phones. There are also 7940's. When dialing the helpdesk from the analog phones the call will not ring but instead disconnect. Phones are able to dial other 5 digit extensions. The 7940's have no issues dialing the helpdesk. I tested further and found the analog phones are unable to dial any extension pointing to a UCCX trigger. Any idea's why this might be? It's a first for me.,
