Unable to dial out by using EditDial

Hi Team,

I have installed CUCM cluster 6.1.5 and 7942 phones. I found one uncommon issue, When I pressed misscall and then try to redial by using EditDial soft key, I was not getting through. Call is not hitting gateway itself. Let me put an example:

I called from my mobile (9823498342) to IP Phone but did not answer. I can see the number in Misscall list (9823498234). Now I have to add prefix 9. I am pressing EditDIal button and press 9 then press dial button. The IP Phone is showing 99823498234 but call is not getting through. If I dial 99823498234 from the same phone it is getting through.

Could you plesae help me on this regards,

Can you enable and collect detailed level CUCM traces?

Please note the calling and called party numbers.
