Unable to dial out from 6945 when we place call on hold

                   Hi ,

We are unable to dial out when we place call on hold from 6945 model.but it is working fine on 7965 phones.I configured all ephone-dns as a dual-line.

Please help how to resolve it..

CME 8.8 version

can you run the ff debug:

debug ephone state

make a test call and send output here..

can you also send a sh run

I resolved it.I gone through cisco docs 6945 will suport only one call per line,i assigned same number for second line also.now we are able to receive second call and we can make secind call.
