Unable to edit 7937 phones, CUCM 8.6.2

Hello,

We have 200+ Cisco 7937 model. for none of them we can make any change.

when we click on the mac address of the phones, we get the below error message.

'Unmapped Exception /common/download/Phone_7937_display_instance.xml (No such file or directory)'

I tried changing the browser but no luck. any help please?

You'll need to call TAC for this one as fixing it will require root access. The only remotely similar public bug is CSCsj78261 but that isn't likely unless you have done a DMA from 4.x.

Jonathan, we installed the firmware again for 7937 phones and it fixed the issue.
