unable to establish adhoc conference calls

Im trying to test adhoc conferencing on a newly installed phone system (UCMBE 8.x).

I'm using the following steps:

Dial participant 1, establish call

press confrn button

Dial particpant 2, establish call

press confrn button

When I press the confrn buttton the second time, both calls are immediately dropped.

How do I go about troubleshooting this?

Dial participant 1 click on conf dial participant 2 then click on join not conf again

And I am assuming that you have the right media resources assigned to the calling phone with software or hardware conf brg resource

The issue was that I didnt add the IOS bridge to the media resource group.
