Unable to login CUCM admin

Hi          There,

I am having problem to login the CUCM Administration via the webpage. can anyone give me some help.

It was fine until last friday and this morning I can not login, after enter my userID and password, wait for around 20 seconds and then the credential just disappeared.

I found that we had problem with DRS backup during the weekend and the process is locked, is it the reason why I can not login?

We are using CUCM7

Can you login via SSH to the platform? Is this symptom the same on the both the pub and the sub? if you can access one and not the other, reboot the server that is not working.

Reply with your findings and which server (pub or sub ) this is affecting

It is my fault, I removed myself from the admin user group for the testing purpose and forgot to change it back before the timeout.
