unable to make a new call when she has an incoming call on hold

Cisco ip phone 6945 with dual-line dn configuration

when puting an incoming call on hold and trying to make a new call, she can not succeed.

 

Any suggestion to make it work,thanks

Just one dual-line DN for

Just one dual-line DN for first button, no second DN related

Pretty sure you are going to

Pretty sure you are going to need an additional DN to make another call while having one on hold. Even though the calls don't appear to go over the second DN, you have to have as many "Lines" on the phone as calls active. the call on-hold, is still considered an active call on that device.
