Unable to recovery password CUCM 8.5

I am attempting to recover a password on a MCS 7800 series server

I have burned a DVD with the 8.5 ISO to use but whenever I put the disc in and have the IOS try to verify it it gives me the following error: FAT: invalid media value (0X72)

I did a search on this and did not see it come up.  Has anyone else seen this before?

you only need to use any CD/DVD that is not a music CD for this, not necessarily a CUCM ISO image, have you tried with other media??

I have used a data CD with recovery installed on it.  You mean I could put in a blank data CD and this should work?

Sounds like you need to make sure the CD/DVD you are using stays away from the carbs for about a week or so. You could also try getting it in a super fast drive three times a day for a week to SKINNY it up SCCP style.
