Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate errors
I have installed on the UCS cluster unity connection Version 8.6
The problem is when I save a recording for the greeter, not let me upload the file and then display a window for me to accept the SSL certificate, and have accepted the certificate but still not allowed to upload the file; This is the message of unity:
Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate error in CUCM 8.6
I found two possible solutions that did not work and they are these:

When you save a recording with Cisco Unity Connection 8.5, This Appears error message:
Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate errors. Would you like to accept the SSL certificate for thissession and attempt to save recording again Solution
In order to resolve this issue, click Trust the certificate Appears When the certificate warning.
The SU is your actual version, you can check it by cli with "show status" or opening the CUC administration page, the last SU for CUC 8.6 had an issue when you want to upload a prompt, I could upload the prompt only with the Audio Text Manager.
