Unable to see missed, placed..calls

Guys,

I am unable to see missed, placed ...calls on my Cisco IP Phone 7962

firmware version:SCCP42.9-3-1SR2-1S

CUCM version:  8.6.2.24084-1

Protocol: SCCP

I know that the call history are stored localy on the phone. What can be the problem? When I ring the phone it shows the calling number but doesn't store it.

I would go ahead and open a TAC case, it sounds very much

like this bug (not exact but too similar!!)

7962 phone not able to record missed call in call history
Conditions:
phone is running version SCCP42.9-3-1-1S on CUCM 9.0
there  is no call record in the call history. other phone call this phone and  this phone don't answer. this phone don't have any record of the missed  call in call history.
