Unable to use DTMF whit SIP Phones

Hello


I have an UC520 and SIP IP Phones, the problem is when I try to dial on Auto Atendat, for example I calling to the bank and when I try to selec one option (Press 1 to sales) does nothing. the same occurrs when I dial to VoiceMail And introduce the password the operator says Unknown Option.

Any Idea for it.

Check your SIP gateway VOIP dial-peer thats sends calls to the IVR, has this dtmf relay for

SIP.    dtmf-relay rtp-nte.

Which allows DTMF to be sent out of band on SIP.
