Understanding sh isdn service

Please help me understand results for sh isdn service

My channel states are all "0" (idle) values, but in RTMT I can see "busy" status for some of these channels. Shouldn't I then expect to see a value of "2" (busy) for the channel state in the command results?

Thanks in advance,

Kelly

Show isdn service command is used to find out which channels are in service, which are out of service.

While using the IOS command show isdn serv the channel state remains as 2 meaning that it is believed to be out of service.
