Understanding show policy map stats

Anyone know where to find an explanation of what these mean?

We have random voice quality issues one way over our private WAN. The local end hears garbled msg sometimes. The remote end works fine always.

This is the remote end.

Class-map: Class-Voice (match-all)

          5963527 packets, 923352687 bytes

30 second offered rate 4000 bps, drop rate 0000 bps

          Match: ip precedence 5

Priority: 1696 kbps, burst bytes 42400, b/w exceed drops: 0

This is the local end

Class-map: class-voice (match-all)

          2426482 packets, 322370016 bytes

30 second offered rate 45000 bps, drop rate 0 bps

          Match: ip precedence 5

            Strict Priority

            Output Queue: Conversation 264

Bandwidth 3072 (kbps) Burst 76800 (Bytes)

            (pkts matched/bytes matched) 31690/5457430

            (total drops/bytes drops) 0/0

Understanding show policy map stats

It shows amount of traffic matched on the policy per class, the difference in output is most likely due to different switch type or IOS on each side.

I was looking for details about what each line actually means.

In particular what does the offered rate mean? And is this line (5963527 packets, 923352687 bytes) taken from the remote example mean that this is the total amount of traffic in this class sinc elast clear or the accumualted in 30 sec?
