We have Callmanager 4.2 and Unity 4.0 set up in our organization. We recently moved some users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. It is well documented that the MWI doesn't work with 2007 Exchange and CallManager 4.2. However, my question is that why are the calls showing up as "unidentified" on the email on Exchange 2007 while with 2003 the caller id shows up just fine?
Is there any configuration that has to be done at the IP telephony side or the Exchange side?
Please do point me to any relevent documentation that may help me int his process.
