Hello everyone!
I have just restored UCCX 5.0 from backup and CTI Route Points fail to register on CUCS 6
I tried to delete and reconfigure Applications and Triggers on UCCX, but they dont register anyway
Any ideas?

Update:
When i try to reconfigure applications and triggers, they get unknown state on CUCS
In reporting I see only newly created apps, not the ones which were alredy configured before restore

Hi Fgasimzade,
Please perform the Data Resync (UCCX Admin->Subsystems->JTAPI->Data Resync) operation and see what are failing?
You can also check the MIVR logs (C:\Program Files\wfavvid_851\log) for the exact reason for failue.
One more point to note here is, when you took tha backup of this UCCX system was it poinitng it to the same CUCM version, after restore also?
