Unified messaging stopped working after the fail over.
We have unity Conncction Version 8.5.1ES16.11900-16.
We have a publisher (Primary) and the subscriber (Secondory)
For some unkonwn reason failover occured and the the Subsciber became the primary. After theat Unified messaaging stopped working. All the tests where positive but the users were not getting the voicemail in their outlook.
We again changed the status and made pub as the primary and after that Unified messaging started working.
Can any1 please tell me why UM was not working when sub was the primary server.
