I have installed Unity 4.2 in my IPT cluster and I want to take its backup. How can I?

Use DIRT for backing up your Unity Server.
I recommend downloading the videos (very easy to understand) and the latest release of DIRT :

DIRT is the way to go. You can also use COBRAS which is not TAC support *yet* but works very well I have found.
You can find training videos at www.ciscounitytools.com and also downloads for unity.
