Unity 4.2 version 4.2(1)

Hi ,

I'm runing a unity 4.2. I want to ask if this version can give the following functionality:

Allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator, y offering a simple menu : ("for sales, press 1, for service, press 2, etc.

Would mind to cofirm me that this functionality is suported by this version and give me a documentation to configure it.

Yes, Unity 4.2(1) can do that easily with a Call Handler.  There is a very well writtten audiotext document out on answermonkey.net:

Which is maintained by the Unity team.
