Unity 4 - Not possible to order unity-vm-usr?

Hi!

Have a customer using Unity 4.2 and CUCM 4.2 . They now want to add voicemail users, which I though was just to order additional users using the product code UNITY-VM-USR.  It does not seem to be possible to order it. Is it really so bad that I have to upgrade to Unity 7 and CUCM 7? Sounds really painful...

This impacts the ability to purchase and related parts/products but does push the customer to move forward (I know??)

Cheers!
