unity 5 to unity 7

There appears to be a lot of changes to the call tree from 5 to 7. 5 gave you the options to 1 do this 2 do this 3 do this. 7 just reads the msgs or says 1 or 4. Is there a way to put it back to the way it was?

These did change in Unity 7.x;

Defaults for Subscriber Conversation Settings

The following settings are defaults for the subscriber conversation for new installations and upgrades:

•Brief prompts.

•Do not play the subscriber recorded name after logging on.

•Play new messages automatically after logging on.

You can configure these settings on the applicable Conversation page for a subscriber template or an individual subscriber in the Cisco Unity Administrator, or by using the Bulk Edit utility.

Rob,

As it turns out is is a matter of turning off automatic playing of messages to get what you want
