Unity 5.X Global.asa: hr=0x80040154)

Hi all,

I installed CU 5.X and when i click cisco unity systemadministration page it shows

Server.CreateObject(AvSaLocalization.AvSaLocalization.1) failed.

This is most likely an error with a DLL, probably AvSaLocalizationSvr.dll or perhaps AvSaLocaleInfoSvr.dll.

Check that these files are present, and registered with REGSVR32.

Also be sure that the appropriate MsgStoreRes.dll file is present.

Cannot continue.

i followed the troubleshooting steps by cisco as mentioned here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_tech_note09186a00801651f9.shtml..

at the final line it says that the two services AvCsgateway & AvDsGlobalCatalog must also be registered with reg32sr.. but i dont find any dll for those two services.

What i have missed or i need to re install unity once again to get those 2 dll's.

Changes must be made on these entries. This issue will resolve when you update the following DCOM configuration entries in Component Services

AvLic

AvCsGateway

AvDSGlobalCatalog
