Unity 7.0 sign in from PSTN not working

Hi All

I have CCM 7 and Unity & IP telephony infra. I have configured 1 DID number for VM access for Users from PSTN. I created a CTI route with DID number, forwarded to VM. In the call routing, Forwarded calls i made a Rule from Forwarding Station (DID Number) send call to Sign-IN. when i dial from an outside phone to this DID number it prompts me for USER ID as soon as i enter one it plays me the Opening greeting. when i dial the Same Number from any IP Phone within the organisation it ask me the USER ID and the PASSWORD and properly routes it to the subscriber. I check using port status monitor and it takes the Extension number and then it goes to Opening greeting. Any idea on whats happening ???
