I deleted a Unity subscriber yesterday, and tried to re-add the same person today and for some reason the account never shows up as an exchange user. It seems like Unity still has that account stored somewhere as a subscriber. If I delete the mailbox for that account, I see an error message in the application log on the Unity server saying there is an issue with that subscriber. I've tried recreating the mailbox and it didnt change anything. Any ideas?
