Hi

We have Unity 7.x (Active/Standby HA) is running on MCS7835, we want to migrate to Ucnx 8.x on same server through UCSS

UNCN8-UTYMG-K9=             2            Upg/Mig from Unity Cxn 1.x/Unity 4.x or later to Unity Cxn 8

UNITYCN8-HA-PAK             2

I have couple of queries,

(1)Is these components are sufficeint ? Anything else needs to be ordered through UCSS ?

(2)Where is media for upg/Mig? Is it part of the above order ?

(3) What about subscriber license? license team will issue new Ucnx single-inbox license based on present license?

(4) Is there any revert back to previous version, possible in case of any problem during migration?

Thanks

Rgds

Rajesh

(1) That looks good although you probably only need one each.

(2)It will be shipped as part of this order.

(3) The -HA license is for your subscriber. You need to upload all of your Unity mailbox-containing licenses to Connection . These are only server migration PAKs.

(4) Not when you reuse the same servers and hard disk. You can take. a DiRT backup before you begin to use for a recovery/reinstall of Unity though. Note that Connection typically requires memory and HD upgrades in most MCS models. Check the supported platforms guide to confirm.
