UNITY 8.x not able to sync with the Exchange 2007

Hi,

I am facing a problem with unity 8.x with a Partner Exchange 2007 server. Please help me out to resolve the issue.

Following is the problem description: (Attaching SysCheck Report)

Problem defination: UNITY 8.x not able to sync with the Exchange 2007

Installed Unity 8.x and integrated with  partner exchange server MS Exchange 2007.

But users can able to leave the message but no email notification is happenning and if user tries to retrive the message from the phone, it says your mail

box is not available.

Unity service will stop automatically.Once you restart the Unity server unity service will start for 1-2 hrs then after some time it will stop automatically.

Note: In this domain one more Unity server is deployed which is located in different Geo location and is integrated with the different UCM cluster in

differnt domain controller and it is working fine.

IS IT ANY RESTRICTION FOR NOT HAVE TWO UNITY SERVERS ON A SAME DOMAIN???

In event viewer the application logs displays the following errors:

-------------------------------------

CiscoUnity_MALEx

3:09:55 PM

An occurred which prevents successful Exchange access by AvUMRSyncSvr via MAPI.

This is typically an indication of configuration issues with Unity, Exchange, or the MAPI subsystem.

Verify that the Unity services accounts are granted the correct permissions and that there are no issues with installation. The SysCheck utility may assist

in diagnosing the problem.
