Unity 9.1.1 - Unable to login to Cisco PCA

Hello All,

We have Unity Conneciton 9.1.1 integrated with LDAP, user are unable to login int cisco PCA.  "log on Failed - Invalid User ID or Password"  I tried performing a full sync from the LDAP menu.  CUCM is also integrated with LDAP, and users are able to login to ccmuser page.  I compared the two, CUCM and CUC, LDAP configuration and they appear to be similar.  This was working before, CUC servers were rebooted for another issue.

If anyone has encountered this issue or can suggest any troubleshooting steps, please let me know.

Unity 9.1.1 - Unable to login to Cisco PCA

Review the LDAP authentication configuration to ensure it is enabled, try saving it again. if that does not work delete the authentication configuration and re-enter.
