UNITY AIM-CUE GUI Error: Included servlet error: 500

Hi,

I have a CME 4.2 on a router 2811 with an AIM-CUE 1GB on it. I currently have the unity version 2.3.4

- Installer 2.2.1

- Thirdparty 2.3.2

- Bootloader (Primary) 2.1.2

- Infrastructure 2.3.4

- Global 2.3.4

- Service Engine license 1.20 2.1.2

- Auto Attendant 2.3.0

- Voice Mail 2.3.2

- Bootloader (Secondary) 2.1.2

- Core 2.3.4

- GPL Infrastructure 2.3.0

Installed Languages:

- British English 2.3.0

I have tried to upgrade remotely to version 3.0.1, it didn't go well. at that point everything was still working fine, and I decided to restore my backup config+data just in case.

when I rebooted the AIM-CUE, it came up with the following error on the GUI 4.1

under Voice Mail > Prompts

Included servlet error: 500

Location: /Web/WEB-INF/screens/main.jsp

Error Location: /Web/WEB-INF/screens/sa2/ListPrompts.jsp

Internal Servlet Error:

see the whole error in attachment

after verification on the GUI, I am missing all the factory scripts

aa.aef

aasimple.aef

checkaltgreet.aef

msgnotify.aef

promptmgmt.aef

setmwi.aef

voicebrowser.aef

xfermailbox.aef

and I have the error message instead of these prompts

AABusinessClosed.wav

AABusinessOpen.wav

AAHolidayPrompt.wav

AASPlayExtensions.wav

AAWelcome.wav

and I have currently no script installed.

when callers tries to go to voicemail at the minute, it goes to a script which tells them a technical error has occured.

Does anybody know where I can find these factory scripts(I have looked on the cisco sites and the sample scrips seems different)?

Do I need to do a complete unity reinstallation ?if yes, can it be done completely remotely?

have you ever seen this error ?

Any help very appreciated!

Thank you,

Gregory Gout

Try reinstalling the unity again. if it does not work out try replacing the flash memory in the router.

Hi,

thank you for your response.

It is what I had to do in the end, and it solved it.

I had a corrupt pkg..
