unity & call manager calls disconnecting

Hi,

I have a Unity Call handler that is forwarding to a hunt group.

If I call the Call Handler internally then call goes into hunt group & if no answer goes to Voicemail, as it should.

If I call from an external number via PSTN after 25 sec the calls get disconnected I get Fast busy and does not go to voice mail.

It is not the PSTN as when I dial into a phone with no voicemail get no issue

has anyone seen this before?

Ensure whether the Cisco Unity has configured to perform either a supervised transfer or a release transfer. Depending on these transfers an external call can take when traveling from the phone system to a subscriber.
