We have just put in Unity Connect and have been told that there is no way to send voice mail email messages to our exchange server. It was told to us that our Outlook clients have to hook into Unity Connect via IMAP. Is there any way to have Unity Connect send these emails to our Exchange server so our clients do not have to connect via IMAP? I understand that Unified Communications will do this but UC was sold to us with the understanding what this could be done. Thanks.
