Hi All, I've created a Voice enabled Directory Handler so that when callers dial-in to the customers main number they can say the first/last name and be routed to the end user. What the customer would also like is for the Directory Handler to automatically route the call to the operator should the caller fail on the 1st go to say the correct name. Is this possible? I can't find any settings to change under the voice-type directory handler for Caller input, these only exist under the phone-type directory handler. Are these the same thing?
