Unity Connection 5.0 w/IMAP

Where do you configure a Voice Mail Box for IMAP so you can get a wav file for voice messages? Is it within the user page?

Go to class of service, select the class of service that the user has configured. Usually it's "Voice Mail User COS." Under licensed features, select "Allow Users to Access Voice Mail Using an IMAP Client" so that the box is checked and then select "Allow Users to Access Message Bodies" underneath it. Then just confirm that is the class of service the user has applied to them.
