Unity Connection 7.1(3) Forwarding Non-VM User Calls to CM

Vaguely remember setting this in Unity enterprise. I want to allow Unity to just attempt to forward calls to Communications Manager even if it doesn't have a matching Subscriber account DN.

Hi Brian,

The setting you are looking for I think is called (under Call Handler Greeting);

Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers
