Hi,
I configured AA on CUC 7 and anytime i tried to dial extension during the message i get the following prompt "you cannot be transferred to this number the line is busy"... but the phone is not busy ... secondly after the message i want the call to be forwarded to an extension..
please help

You'll want to make sure that these DNs are in the CSS of the Voicemail Ports or SIP trunk. Also be sure that the Default Transfer restriction table allows this call.

What's the transfer config for the DNs/subscribers you're dialing??
Are those already in something in CUC or have you enabled dialing non-subscriber DNs??

Some of the DNs are in CUC some are not .. the ones in CUC when you dail them get forwared striaght to voice mail.. then the ones not on CUC you get the prompt that it is busy...
