I'm setting up a broadcast message (connection 8.5), set up the call handler and Broadcast administrator and I can see how to record broadcast messages through administrator using a phone, but i need to insert a pre recorded wav file which doesn't appear to be in the docs, can anyone help?
I did some research and it seems there is no way to load a pre-recorded .wav and use it as a broadcast message or insert it before a message in Unity Connection. If this it a request from your customer, I would suggest to contact your Account Manager and see if a Product Enhancement Request (PER) can be opened against this.

Yes thanks for that, I raised a TAC case and they said the same, bit of a backward step really as it was no problem in Unity, what you can do is use Cisco PCA web inbox tool and send a message via an uploaded wav file, but you can't set times and dates etc.
