Unity Connection 8.5 playback order question

             Hello Experts -

      We are running Unity Connection 8.5.  I know where to change the message playback order for individual users, is there a way to change the default settings for the whole system for message playback order for new messages?

Hi Sarah,

This can also be changed at the "Template" level which will apply to all

users who are created using that Template after the template has been

changed (It's not retroactive )

For existing users you can change them using the Bulk Edit tool.
