unity connection 8.5

                   HI

I'm using unity connection 8.5 versoin in HA mode.

problem is , I'm not able to connect to unified serviceability in subscriber. publisher is fine.

and in application administration page I'm able to login but not able to access any thing in the page like call hanler and users, templates.

please suggest some solutions.

also I'm getting the below error

i connect to publisher and login tnen unified serviceability then i select sunscriber .now I get the below error.

Unable to communicate with service control center. The password for Administrator (the administration account that was created during installation) may be locked out or expired.

publisher is fine.

From the command line of the Publisher, can you run "show cuc cluster status" and post the output.

Hi,

the dbreplication seems to be OK.

Did u try utils service restart Cisco Tomcat from CLI of OS Administration from Subscriber?

Thanks for your reply.

restarting Tomcat service needs to get approval. I try to do that and update .

I can able to access UC administration page but after logging in I'm not able to access anything inthe page.

I changed the password from publisher and try but no luck.

Checking the "never expire" option on the CUAdmin account fixes the error message and access to Service Management.

FYI - you should not see this in your cluster output:

HI David,

Is there chances for getting the situation worse if i restart the cluster?

because as of now voice mail is working fine.

problem is Backup is not happening and not able to login unified serviceability in only subscriber.

One more we don't have proper backup also.

please suggest restarting will affect worse on the voice mail functionality.

I think this is because of database gone read only mode or some thing.
