Unity Connection 8.6 - 800 new voicemails for a user in 1 day

I have a user who has received over 800 voicemails in 1 day. I looked at the UCM CDR records and there is 1 call for the same period. How can I find out where the messages are comming from?

Found it. User configured and enabled message notification to their IP Phone extension. Every message was 5 seconds of "if you would like to disable future notifications...."

828 voicemails, all 5.2 seconds.

Hi Bill,

WOW! That's super crazy.....

Maybe the user extension was entered in the undeliverable messages mailbox

search > alias > begins with > un

and see what extension is entered there.
