unity connection 8.6 problem

hello

i install on  cisco ucs server  vmware 4.1  with cucm 8.6  and  unity connection 8.6

the sinc between them is fine

the networking between them and the gateway voice is fine

the problem is when i try to leave a massege to voice mail the unity do not recive it and mwi is off

the dtmf is also fine

Can you clarify following things ?

1. Are you sure if the CUC doesnt receive the VM at all ? If yes, pls explain how you confirmed it ?

2. Is it the case that , CUC receives the VM but the MWI light doesnt turn ON ?

i erase the voice ports and configure them again and it works
