We had a weird issue crop up where UC is disconnecting users while they are listening to their voicemail. If they are persistent, they can retry and eventually get it to let them listen to them, but it's becoming frustrating for them. Looking for insight into where to start diagnosiing something like this. Capacity/licensing is OK.

Hi, TAC thinks it's NTP skew between UC and CUCM/the phones. Apparently, UC should be pointed at CUCM as it's NTP server, not at the server CUCM is using. We shall see, and I'll update once we change NTP and rehost lic's.

Hi Paul,
Well that's a new one to me Please do post back with
your results. I'm guessing by your license mention that you are running in a
virtualized environment so don't forget you get a 30 day grace period if one
of license mac parameters is changed.
Cheers!

Hi Rob,
Definitely aware fo the grace period. I prefer not to let things like that sit though. Since TAC is already on deck to facilitate troubleshooting, I hooked them on to handle the license too. Saves me another painful phone call.
